Thanks Flydude.
I like them because they tie fast and the panfish love them.I have had carp bump them around but so far no takers.

My what big eyes you have.  That will get them down in a hurry!
In the lighting the eyes almost look Blued.  Ever try that to the
Silver Bead Chain?  It lasts longer than painted Black.

Lol, funny you should mention blueing the bead chain eyes. I was picking some stuff up at the PX on post yesterday. Working on a single shot .20 gauge. Shortened the barrel from 28" to 23" Anyway, was walking the the sporting goods section and noticed that the had there perma blue on sale for $2.87 from $8.99. So I grabbed a bottle. Have never tried it on eyes before. I normally just go to walmart and pick up the bead chain for fans and what not. Comes in silver, gold, and I guess it bronze.  Going to have to give it a try.
Do it with 3wt and below! It's a lot of fun.

"Gills will take one look and figure it's lunch time, works for me. I like the looks and the simplicity of this fly. I'll be tying some of these up for wife and I, she'll be using them behind a casting bubble on an U/L spinning rod, me on my 2 or 3 wt's. Take care, John.
It's not what you do, it how you do what you do, that counts.
